Bruce Zou

Bruce Zou is a research staff at Wharton Executive Education, where he leads initiatives in program development and operational analysis. He holds a doctorate from Penn’s Graduate School of Education, where his research centered on workforce development and localization strategies for international firms. In addition, Bruce completed the Master of Public Administration program and is currently pursuing a law degree at Penn, reflecting his strong commitment to interdisciplinary scholarship. This semester, he is a speaker for GAPSA, aiming to strengthen connections and engagement within Penn’s vibrant graduate community.
