Daniel Ceva

Daniel Ceva is the Professional Council Chair at GAPSA and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration. Last year he served as a representative to LPSGov. The aims of the Professional Council this year are: to better help students access campus resources, find commonalities and opportunities for collaboration among the schools, and ensure students can advocate for their needs.

The Professional Council represents a range of degree programs at Penn and voices their concerns; the Council also supports professional students through travel grants.
