Chloe Ricks-Martinez
IDEAL Student Council Chair
Chloe Ricks-Martinez serves as the IDEAL Student Council. She is a sixth year PhD student in the Political Science Department, studying race, religion and political behavior. She served as a representative to SASGov from 2020-2022, as a SASGov rep to GAPSA 2021-2022 and as the Vice President of Policy to SASGov from 2022-2023.
As the IDEAL Council Chair, her main goal is to support and advocate for the interests of the graduate and professional student affinity groups at Penn. She wants to increase student participation and the power of collective voices through several advocacy and leadership development initiatives this upcoming academic year.
