This workshop is led by Alex Orr, the Head Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach for Penn Recreation. He will share tips and tricks on promoting brain health through your diet and help you create a snack bag to take home. Your brain is getting you through your school year- so don't forget to take care of the MVP!
