Mati McIntyre

Mati McIntyre is a 2nd year student in the Master of Social Work program within the School of Social Policy and Practice. Within social work, she is especially interested in the areas of criminal justice and child welfare reform. Mati attended Penn State University, and graduated in 2023 with dual Bachelor's degrees in Criminology and Psychology. At Penn State, she was an At-Large Representative within the University Park Undergraduate Association, and held leadership positions in other clubs including THON, Lion Ambassadors, and the University Park Allocation Committee. 

As Director of Logistics, Mati hopes to create a comfortable environment where everyone in GAPSA can feel supported and empowered. She aims to ensure all processes, meetings and events are running smoothly behind-the-scenes. Some of her main tasks include securing locations and food for meetings and special events, working with the Deputy Directors of both Logistics ad Credentials to take attendance and minutes as needed, maintaining GAPSA's internal contact sheets, and supporting GA Reps, the Executive Board, and G12 in any ways possible.
