Ying Zhang

Ying Zhang is a first-year PhD student at the Annenberg School for Communication, where she studies public health communication and health behaviors.

As an international student herself, Ying understands the unique challenges faced by international students and is passionate about fostering a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.

As the Director of International Student Affairs, she is committed to ensuring that international students' voices are heard and their concerns are addressed in a timely and meaningful way, while building programs and initiatives that foster community and engagement.

She holds a master's degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.
