Ferrisa Connell, a Tampa, FL native and proud graduate of Florida A&M University, embodies the essence of a millennial trailblazer. Currently in Philadelphia pursuing her Master's degree at the University of Pennsylvania in the School of Social Policy, Ferrisa is on a mission to create positive change in marginalized communities, particularly empowering youth and women.

With a polished and vibrant background, Ferrisa is not your average industry professional—she's a seasoned expert in producing large-scale and intimate events featuring recognized names and brands. Her interdisciplinary skills shine through in office operations, project management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

A thought leader in her field, Ferrisa's media relations prowess is evident in her published works in esteemed publications like Forbes. She's known for her forward-thinking, enterprising approach, and adaptability in fluid environments, having supported leadership at every level, from C-Level executives to elected officials.

In her current role as a DEI Practitioner, Ferrisa specializes in employee resource groups, sponsorship programs, and strategic planning for the work culture.
