Selina Yang

Selina is pursuing a Master of Behavioural and Decision Sciences in the School of Arts and Science. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in data analytics and economics. Throughout her academic career, she has been very involved in research that drives actionable behavioural insights and creates scientifically rigorous solutions for both business and policy development. Her passion for understanding decision-making is bolstered by her experience in strategy consulting and advocating for the UN's sustainable development goals.

Having done a lot of work in financial inclusion, financial well-being, and financial reporting, Selina brings her drive for better financial policies to the role of Deputy Director of Revenue at GAPSA. She is dedicated to fostering a fair and inclusive environment for all students and maximising GAPSA resources to better serve the larger community at Penn.
