Richa Chadha is a Mindset Coach, speaker, and organizational psychologist based in Silicon Valley, California. She is the incoming Deputy Director for Alumni Relations at GAPSA. With an MBA and currently pursuing an MS in Organizational Dynamics from Penn, she draws on nearly a decade of experience in the banking and finance sector, where she has managed cross-cultural teams. As the founder of Coachampion, Richa has empowered numerous individuals and teams to achieve personal and professional growth through her holistic and transformative approach. 

A true global citizen, Richa loves traveling and immersing herself in diverse cultures. Alongside her adventurous husband, she has journeyed across six continents and explored more than half of the United States. Inspired by her own experience of re-establishing herself in the U.S. after moving from India, Richa is passionate about continuous learning, personal growth, and empowering others to overcome challenges and thrive.
